Step into history with this remarkable WWI-era British military telescope, manufactured in 1915 by the prestigious optical firm R. & J. Beck Ltd of London No 9213. Officially marked “TEL SIG. (Mk III) ALSO G.S.” and bearing the War Department broad arrow, this brass field telescope was standard issue for military signalers and general service officers during the First World War. Complete with its original leather case and auxiliary eyepiece, it remains a rare and evocative relic from the front lines.
