We ship all our orders via a Tracked and Signed delivery service for your peace of mind.

All UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail 24-Hour Tracked & Signed Delivery.

All International orders are shipped via Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed Delivery.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Royal Mail Tracking Number to monitor its progress. If you have any questions regarding your delivery, please feel free to contact us.

Please note that goods delivered outside of the UK may be subject to Import Duties and Taxes which are applied when the items reach their destination. As the customer, you are responsible for the payment of these import duties and taxes, and we have no control over the amounts. If you are not sure of your countries’ import duties and taxes, your local customs office should be able to provide you with further information. Refusal to pay these fees can result in your goods being returned to us in the UK, in this instance, you will be asked to pay for our original outgoing postage and packaging fees.
