Refund policy

We offer a 'no quibble' money back guarantee. If you would like to return an item for any reason, please let us know within 2 days of receiving the item. If a return is required please notify us via email at enquiries@kingsdownantiques.com.

Orders may be returned to us within 14 days of delivery. Once you have returned the item to us in its original condition, a refund is given less the initial delivery costs. The buyer is responsible for the costs of returning the item. We advise using a fully insured method of transit with proof of postage/delivery.
