A Wonderful Cold Painted Antique Austrian Bronze Novelty Parrot Pen Wipe. It has the original pen wipe bristles in its back and is of a good size. This item is in good condition but as is normal with an object of this type and age some of the paint has worn away over time - circa 1900.
