A finely modelled vintage miniature grand piano box made in sterling silver, raised on four feet. The exterior is richly decorated with high-relief scrollwork and floral panels, giving a strong rococo revival character. This box has two lidded compartments, each representing different ends of the piano. Hallmarked for Birmingham, 1956.
