A stunning English Victorian travelling silver and glass Vesta box. The top is nicely engraved with a wall and bowl of apples and a gold circular disc in the centre engraved with the initials C.I.H. Has a lift-up striking lid which has a holder for a lit vesta to stand in. Most of the original interior gilding is still there and the glass is in good order. Marked T.W possibly Thomas Whipham. Hallmarked London 1878. Worldwide first class tracked and signed for delivery is included in the price.
