This is a lovely three bottled hobnail cut glass Tantalus in a oak and silverplated frame which has the original key ( Benjamin patent lock) in full working order. This was presented in 1919 by the crew of the HMS Clacton Belle a minesweeper from the first world war to Lt F A Robbins. It measures; Length 12 x Width 5 and height 11. The bottles and casing are all in excellent condition. We have included a picture of a postcard showing the Clacton Belle before she was enlisted in the first world war. A truly lovely thing to own.
