A Stunning Pair of Antique Neoclassical Silver Plated Candlesticks formed as a fluted columns with richly modelled Corinthian capitals. The shafts are decorated with a spiralling garland of acanthus foliage and the square bases are stepped and bordered with a crisp beaded moulding for a tailored, formal finish. The tops are finished with square, foliate rimed removable sconces framing the candle aperture – circa 1880.
