A Stunning Art Deco Vanity Jar combining crisp cut glass with a vibrant blue guilloché enamel silver lid. The starburst guilloché pattern radiates from a central semicircle, giving the enamel top a hypnotic, almost optical effect when turned in the light. The vivid cerulean blue enamel is both striking and sophisticated, offering a pop of colour with true vintage glamour. The cut glass base features a vertical ribbed design, adding texture and light refraction that complements the precision of the enamel work above. Hallmarked for Birmingham, 1932.
* Compact yet eye-catching, it would have once held powder, cream, or small personal treasures on a lady’s dressing table. Today, it serves just as beautifully for jewellery, keepsakes, or as a collector’s cabinet gem.
