A Really Splendid Pair of Antique Victorian Silver-Plated Knife Rests each featuring two finely cast lions supporting a central bar. Lions were commonly used in heraldry and tableware to convey dignity and tradition. The subtle, scalloped base design offers balance and elegance and features a crest motif and silver plate mark – circa 1890.
* A striking accent when paired with vintage flatware and fine china.
