This set of six sterling silver coasters, each fitted with a clear glass insert, are marked “BIRKS STERLING” to each of the bases. Each coaster has a clean circular form with a plain silver gallery that frames the glass neatly. The glass bases are cut with a simple starburst motif, giving subtle sparkle through the clear centre. They stack neatly for storage, making them ideal for use on a bar trolley or in a drinks cabinet – circa 1920.
