A Wonderful Edwardian Silver-Plated Bread Tray framed by ornate Rococo Revival foliate detailing at the corners and midpoints. The central well is neatly stepped and recessed, creating a defined space for presenting bread, petits fours, canapés, or slices of cake. The accompanying fork features a decorative ring handle with rope-twist styling and a classically proportioned three-tine head. The underside of the tray is stamped ‘Mappin & Webb Ltd’ for the renowned maker Mappin and Webb – circa 1905.
