This fabulous rare American sterling silver whiskey/bourbon bottle with the touch mark of the head of an 18th Century gentleman for the Mt Vernon Company stamped on the base . As you can see from the image the silver is beautifully embossed in the Dutch style popular at the turn of the 20th century and the glass is intricately etched. The whole piece is in immaculate condition and it has its original stopper also immaculate. The height of this piece is 13 1/2 with stopper. The circumference is 3 1/2 at the base. Circa 1915.
