A Striking Pair of Gothic Revival Brass Candlesticks each featuring a twisted column stem above a domed circular base. The bases are richly embellished with pierced and engraved Gothic tracery motifs, and set with green glass cabochons resembling malachite. These ecclesiastically inspired pieces draw on medieval church metalwork, featuring highly ornate detailing and bold architectural forms – circa 1880.
