Lovely Antique Sterling Silver Butter Spreader with Mother-of-Pearl Handle. Floral scrollwork and foliate engraving lend a decorative flourish to the blade and the mother of pearl handles have a smooth, curved shape that sits comfortably in the hand and pairs beautifully with silver. Hallmarked for Sheffield, 1904.
