Antique Silver Plated Pair of Convertible Three-Light Candelabra circa 1920

An elegant pair of antique silver plated convertible candelabra, dating to circa 1920, featuring gracefully sweeping branches and classical proportions. Each piece has a tall, tapering column with decorative gadrooned borders around the candle holders, drip pans and circular stepped bases.

The versatile design allows for several different arrangements. They can be displayed as traditional three-light candelabra, converted into single candlesticks by removing the branching sections, or arranged as lower three-light candelabra. Each also features a removable flame-shaped candle snuffer, which sits neatly in the central candle holder when not in use.

The adaptability of this pair is particularly appealing, allowing them to suit different table settings and displays. Their elegant curved arms, polished surfaces and decorative detailing make them equally attractive on a dining table, mantelpiece or sideboard.
