A Lovely Antique Victorian Silver Plated Lidded Tea Caddy formed in an elegant urn shape with richly worked floral and scrolling decoration. The rounded body is ornamented with raised flowers, leaves and sweeping scroll motifs arranged around the polished surface.
A circular pedestal foot supports the vessel and is finished with a moulded spiral border around its perimeter. The pull off lid is surmounted by an attractive textured pine-cone style finial – circa 1890.
