Pair of Antique Edwardian Sterling Silver Engraved Butter Spreaders presented in a fitted case. Each piece has a broad flattened spreader decorated with finely worked floral and foliate engraving around the perimeter.
Both handles continue the decorative scheme with scrolling foliage, flower heads and finely patterned borders. Hallmarked for Sheffield, 1903.
