A Lovely Pair of Antique Edwardian Sterling Silver Floral Trumpet Vases with tall, tapering forms supported upon a circular pedestal foot weighted for stability. The bodies are richly decorated with embossed floral sprays, scrolling foliage and sweeping ribbon-like divisions.
Each flared rim is finished with a bold lobed border and a twisted decorative band beneath. The proportions are well suited to displaying small arrangements of flowers, individual stems or dried botanicals. Hallmarked for London, 1901.
