Antique Edwardian Silver-Plated Pierced Bottle Holder – circa 1905

A Lovely Antique Edwardian Silver-Plated Pierced Bottle Holder featuring a tall cylindrical form supported on a broad circular base. The body is worked with an intricate pierced pattern of scrolling motifs, radiating forms and geometric latticework.

The upper edge is shaped with a repeating pointed and scalloped outline that gives the piece a distinctive silhouette. Two applied side handles are decorated with ribbed detailing and foliate mounts – circa 1905.

* The openwork pattern allows the bottle within to become part of the overall display.
