A Nice Antique Edwardian Silver Plated Mustard Pot accompanied by a removable cobalt-blue glass liner and serving spoon. The body has an oval form with a broad loop handle, hinged domed cover and shaped opening for the spoon.
The front is engraved with a seven-pointed star crest and the motto ‘Per Aspera Ad Astra’ - ‘Through hardships to the stars’. Vertical fluting around the lower body gives the piece a formal late Victorian or Edwardian character – circa 1905.

In good condition – The silver plate shows only light surface wear consistent with age and careful handling. There are no chips or cracks to the glass.
