Antique Wedgwood Fallow Deer Blue And White Transferware Platter – circa 1905

A Lovely Antique Edwardian Wedgwood Transferware Platter featuring the named Fallow Deer pattern in traditional blue and white. The central scene depicts a pair of fallow deer resting within a wooded rural landscape. Thatched and timbered cottages appear beyond the deer, creating a distinctly English pastoral setting.

The broad border is decorated with large flowers, scrolling foliage and layered ornamental bands. The underside bears a printed mark reading ‘Fallow Deer’, ‘Wedgwood’ and ‘Etruria England’ – circa 1905.
