A Gorgeous Art Deco Cut Glass Jar with a screw topped silver-mounted lid that is overlaid with guilloche enamel in a radiant golden-yellow hue, forming a mesmerising engine-turned design. Symmetry and geometric shaping reflect the fashionable style of the late 1920s. The lid still contains its cork-lined base, typical of vanity jars from this period. Hallmarked for Chester, 1926.
