This superb cream pail has been hand engraved with flowers and has a vacant cartouche. It is marked Chester 1899 and the silver weight is 107 grams. Measurements are Length 4.5 x (Height with handle up) 4 3/4 The original blue glass liner is in perfect condition as is the piece itself.
