A Fabulous Large Antique Victorian Cut Glass and Sterling Silver Hip Flask. The cut glass body is richly patterned with a crosshatch and star motif that catches the light beautifully.The top section is fitted with a rounded, hinged silver cap, complete with a secure bayonet fitting and cork-lined interior. The removable silver cup base serves both as protection and a drinking vessel, sliding off smoothly and hallmarked to match. All silver elements bear Sheffield hallmarks, indicating quality sterling and dating the item to 1894.
