A Distinctive Antique Edwardian Silver-Plated Tea Caddy with a tapering square form, broadening towards the rim, giving it both stability and an elegant upward sweep. The caddy opens to a plain, well-finished compartment designed for storing loose leaf tea (or tea bags!). This caddy has a hinged lid, with a domed cover topped by a shaped finial. Accompanied by a heart shaped tea caddy spoon – circa 1905.
