A Nice Pair of Antique Victorian Silver Plated Lobster Crackers designed for shellfish cracking at the dining table. The form is a robust hinged tong style with flat, serrated jaws for gripping and breaking shells. The handles are finished with a distinctive ribbed, beaded grip that provides control in the hand – circa 1890.
* A proper lobster cracker brings a satisfying sense of ceremony to a shellfish course.
