A Beautiful Antique Victorian faceted cut glass scent bottle fitted with a gilt sterling silver hinged cap and collar and glass stopper. The glass body is cleanly multi-faceted, giving a crisp, architectural form that suits a dressing table arrangement. The silver mount is heavily worked in high-relief scroll and foliate ornament, typical of late Victorian taste, and is engraved with the monogram ‘SV’. Hallmarked for London, 1891.
