A Lovely Edwardian silver plated pierced biscuit barrel with a pierced gallery, hinged lid, and frosted glass liner. The central panel is pierced with the word ‘Biscuits’. The hinged lid has a neat beaded rim and a crisp engraved border detail that adds refinement without feeling overly ornate. The finial is a small, classical-style knop. Inside sits a removable frosted glass liner, giving a practical, washable insert for biscuits, sweets, or pot-pourri – circa 1905.
