A Nice Antique Edwardian Oval Sterling Silver Pill Box with a richly decorated repoussé lid. The raised design features scrolling foliage, shell-like flourishes and a central blank cartouche. The interior has a warm gilt finish, traditionally used to protect the silver and provide an attractive contrast. Hallmarked for Birmingham, 1905.
* The richly modelled lid transforms a practical personal box into a miniature work of Edwardian silver craftsmanship!
