A Lovely Small Antique Edwardian Solid Silver Gilt Interior Trinket Box raised on four decorative feet and finished with a softly shaped, scalloped outline. The lid is embossed in relief with a charming group of winged cherubs, giving the piece a distinctly Edwardian romantic character.
The interior is gilded, a practical finish often used to protect silver from contact with toiletries, sweets, or small personal items. A hinged lid provides a satisfying, secure closure and allows the box to be used as a proper little casket rather than a simple dish. Hallmarked for Birmingham, 1906.
* It offers a refined place for rings, cufflinks, or other small daily essentials.
Measurements:
Height: 2" (approx. 5cm)
Width: 4 1/4" (approx. 11cm)
Depth: 2 1/4" (approx. 5.5cm)

In good condition – The sterling silver shows only light surface wear consistent with age and gentle handling. The gilded interior is still nice and even toned.
