A nice English Victorian silver plated ham bone holder with tightening screw mechanism to hold ham joint in place (or other meat). Has platers mark J.G for maker Joseph Gilbert Sun Works. Circa 1890. Measurements: Length: 5 1/2 (approx 13.75cm) Diameter: 2 (approx 5cm) Weight: 161g In good condition - any dark areas are shadows from the photography there is no damage to the silver plate.
